Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Article 55 of the Montenegrin Consumer Protection Law ("Zakon o zaštiti potrošača").
To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unused and in their original condition,
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included,
  • Not fall under non-returnable categories (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, personalized items, hygiene-related products).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when:
  • The item is defective or damaged,
  • The wrong item was shipped,
  • The order was canceled before shipment.
